Thinking Outside The Box - Innovative New Products

We've spent a lot of time thinking about our products and how they can help climbers.  There are a lot of hangboards out there.

Some common complaints from customers are the need to attach to a wall, find studs, use special tools. So, we designed and manufactured the Easy Install Doorway Rock Climbing Hangboard.  It requires no tools to assemble and it hangs from your door sill so there is no permanent damage to the wall. No need to find wall studs. 

The typical traditional hangboard is not too expensive but you get what you get.  There's really no way to change things up other than using whatever is offered on the hangboard.  

We had a brainstorm session (as two college and one high school student are taught to do) and came up with our Better Than A Hangboard Workout Board.  We think this board is innovative because you can attach it to our Easy Install Doorway frame. If you don't want the expense of the frame you can attach it directly to your wall, but that requires finding studs and putting holes in walls. It allows the climber to add any type climbing hold, and place them where ever they want, to suit their workout needs.

But why stop there?  We headed out to the garage and designed what we believe are holds that are superior to the traditional hangboard.  We got out our router, table saw, drill press, and orbital sander and built wood prototypes. Some we didn't like. So, we learned how to build silicone molds and cast resin holds and built other prototypes. With some trial and error we ultimately developed what we believe are a set of holds.  We call it our Better Than A Hangboard Climbing Holds Collection.  When used with our Better Than A Hangboard Workout Board or Mini Climb board, we believe it offers a workout that is superior to the traditional climbing hangboard because of its versatility.

We released these products this month and are very proud of them.  We hope you find them helpful to your home climbing workout regimen.
