About the Hangboard Alternative Workout Board ....
Very versatile.

- You choose the hold and placement to suit your workout needs.
- Designed to attach to our innovative KratosX doorway frame (no tools!) or attach directly to a wall (wall mounts sold separately).
The 1' x 2' climbing workout board is made with our standard 3/4" plywood for superior strength and coated with several layers of our beautiful stucco tan epoxy enamel paint.
It has four rows of bolt holes with a total of 26 holes. Each hole is spaced 3" and contains a standard 3/8" tee nut.
Use it with our KratosX Climbing Strength and Conditioning Workout Holds (described below), or use your own holds. This allows you to use your favorite climbing holds, or work on improving your strength on a certain type of feature.
About the innovative KratosX Climbing Strength and Conditioning Workout Holds
These holds can give rock climbers the same workout as a climbing hangboard, but it's better because it allows them more versatility and options.
Place the holds where you want.
Adjust the holds to suit your workout needs.
It includes four sets of holds. Not the prettiest or most artistic, but they are functional.
- One set of resin holds cast with Alumilite's Alumires (RC-3) resin, which is known for its strength and durability, and favored by rock climbers who build their own holds.
- These holds are 4-1/2" tall and 3" wide.
- The top includes a 1" diameter jug feature.
- There are two sets of finger holds, the top being 1" deep and the bottom 1/2" deep, that can accommodate up to four fingers.
- One set of rounded campus pipe climbing holds.
- One side contains a circular surface to improve your strength.
- Turn it upside down for a flattened notch for easier exercises.
